Any survey sites that are free that pay not look to get paid alot. Also any without the fill out a offer thing I already do some of those
In answer to your question:
There are free paid survey sites – i.e. a website which pays you for taking surveys and where you don’t have to pay anything to sign up.
I have actually been looking into free paid survey sites recently myself, and in doing so, I have become aware of membership sites where you have to pay to join – perhaps I didn’t look closely enough, but all these seemed to do were collate a list of sites of survey companies. The promoters would encourage you to sign up with all of them as this would increase your chances of having a more consistent supply of surveys.
However, I think there are plenty of resources on the internet that will allow you to find paid survey sites without spending a penny. And the survey sites themselves should also be free to join. From a personal viewpoint, this is what I would do – and am currently doing.

Only those survey sites that I have first-hand experience with will be featured (hence the reason I haven’t just listed all the sites I could find).
I feel I should round off with the following caveat – the potential drawbacks of these ‘free paid survey sites’, which include:
1. Limited number of surveys
2. Limited time to accept survey (before quota is full)
3. Having to qualify for a survey (e.g. particular age, location…)
4. Time required to fill out surveys
5. Payment or reward value
6. Reaching a minimum amount of earnings before you can cash in
In conclusion, I wouldn’t spend any money up front. Just go straight to the survey companies’ websites and see what they’re offering.
Also, I doubt it is possible to make a living by just doing paid surveys – the only way to do that is sell people a product that promises they can!
